About Audrey Bauve – Energeticienne

Reiki level: 2. Grad

I Offer sessions of deep relaxation to help you escape the shatter of your thoughts, check-in, and activate a re-set process deep inside, promoting inner healing

A diverse range of techniques are intuitively blended

Energy chaneling? Chakra balancing ✨ Visualization ? Sound, color, crystals and plant medicine, as well as creative and Arts therapy ?

Your aura and subtle bodies get cleansed from negative energies.
Your meridians and energy centers are unblocked and re-balanced to activate your inner power of self-healing.

Each session is uniquely tailored to you and evolves based on your specific needs.

I may also provide you with resources and personalized practices to take home to further amplify your progress.

For those interested, spaces can also be energetically cleansed to enhance harmony and vitality.

I also run workshops to help you or your team prevent burnout, manage stress, and reconnect with true resilience.

Through interactive workshops, I guide you to develop self-care practices, emotional awareness, and balance - strengthening both individual wellbeing and team performance.

Looking forward to hold space for you and help activate your self-healing
